Shipping to the USA has resumed after a temporary pause.
Recently, the U.S. Government introduced new tariffs on imported goods and suspended the de minimis threshold. This previously allowed shipments under $800 to enter the U.S. without duties or taxes.
These changes have significantly increased the cost of bringing our products to you. Despite our best efforts to absorb these rising costs, it has become unavoidable for us to adjust our prices.

The following terms apply to all promotional codes, unless otherwise stated.
To redeem the promotional code, code must be applied at checkout. We are not able to retro apply codes once an order has been placed/processed. Code is valid for one time use per one customer. No rain checks are available for items out of stock. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Promotion cannot be applied to previous orders.

We ship from Australia to most countries worldwide. Due to regulation updates, we are unfortunately no longer able to ship to the European Union (including the United Kingdom), Russia, Turkey, and North Korea. For more information, please visit our Shipping Page.

Upon completing your purchase, a confirmation email and invoice will be forwarded to the email address provided at time of ordering. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder. For further information, please contact us at info@inkandwaterskin.com

Returns Policy
Only items purchased on the INK&WATER website can be returned for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items purchased from a retail partner. If you have purchased an item from a retail partner, please contact the original retailer directly.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, that’s ok – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below.
- If the product is unused and in saleable condition, we can refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase or exchange it for an alternative product.
- If you’ve used less than 10% of the product, we will happily offer an exchange for an alternative product. If you’ve used more than 10% of the product, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- We are unable to exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
- All returned products will be inspected by our Returns Team upon arrival back to us. You are responsible for any additional return shipping charges.
